RS Options for 3 Volksagen Vehicles??

Hi Fortin, So my dealer is saying its hard to purchase the thar-vw1 and vw3 harness seperate right now so I need the to purchase the combo EVO all with harness for below vehicles 1 and 2. My main questions are with the 3rd vehicle the Tourag. Can I use 2014 with PTS guide because you dont have application install guide available for 2013 PTS? Manufacturer's build date on door tag says 09/12. If so can I also use EVO-VWT1 for this application? 1. 2012 Volkswagen Golf TDI - PTS - (EVO-VWT1) 2. 2017 Volkswagen Jetta - Regular Key - (EVO-VWT3) 3. 2013 Volkswagen Tourag SEL - PTS - ( ??)

2018 Jeep Cherokee Latitude - No key fob Remote Start Capable???

Have a customer asking to install remote start with Long range RF remote on above car. She does have power door locks inside but the key she received when purchasing vehicle is just a normal key without buttons for unlock and lock. Just an old school metal key . Will a evo-one or evo all with RF kit still work ? I would assume all the can bus is still the same correct?

2014 Jeep Cherokee STD key EVO-CHRT6 wont start *Message on Dashboard*

I installed EVO-CHRT6 stand alone on  a 2014 Jeep Cherokee STD key 1 month ago.  Last Friday customer called saying vehicle wont start with vehicle key and a message on dashboard says "key in igniton" with key in customers hand while door was open. Luckily I was near by and was able to go to customer and disable the EVO-CHRT6 t-harness from ignition and reinsert factory ignition harness. Message immediately went away and vehicle starts now with factory key.  Is it just a random faulty Evo-all unit?

Thank you,

Amit

2014 Kia Sportage RS Standard Key options?

I see the options that I have for install on website but if the door locks dont work during remote start, and I do not have a 3x lock option, I have to get a RF kit to inititate remote start but unlocking vehicle will have to be done manually or will the RF kit let me unlock driver door to enter key takeover? Also are EVO-ALL modules RF kit compatible? or just EVO-One's?

Evo-One No Key take over, No Shutdown, Frying

Okay where to begin... I have a customer with a 2011 Subaru Impreza (Manual) I installed Evo-One w/ RF 2-way kit. I have wiring installed exactly as the diagram on Fortin Site. Updated Firmware and Programming and Decrypter Steps were done successfully. After hooking up all connections and programming RF Kit, checked that keyless entry worked which it does. I tried to remote start but realized unit was not in ready mode (reservation mode) So i started the vehicle with key, pressed foot brake and engaged handbrake, pressed start button on 2 way remotes (got confirmations with parking lights) removed key and opened and closed door causing vehicle to shut off like it is supposed too. I remained in vehicle and tried to remote start vehicle and on first attempt did not start, assuming clutch wasnt grounded so i pushed clutch in on 2nd attempt and vehicle started and left vehicle running for about 10 minutes. I then attempted to do a key take over and remote start wouldnt disengage with foot brake, start button on RF remote, or even or shut down with a toggle switch I wired inline with hood pin switch. I had to remove primary harness from evo one to shut vehicle off. I reinstall the primary wire and vehicle goes straight into ignition with all lights on dash and a solid orange wire on unit. I went over a butch of test with Fortin Tech and he deemed my unit bad because what ever we he instructed didnt fix the unit power up the second you install primary harness, so i exchanged with distributor for a new one. I went to install new unit same exact thing is happening, Vehicle started ran, with me bypassing clutch again manually which is wired as in diagram but once again vehicle wont shut off. Im guessing it must be seeing foot brake signal threw CAN if it it does the ready mode (reservation mode) steps. What else can it be that shorting out the EVO-One??

2011 Subaru Impreza WRX Hatchback 3x Lock

I have a customer who wants remote start on his 2011 Subaru Impreza Wrx Hatchback Manual. He doesnt want after market remotes. My question is according to vehicle diagram for evo-one and evo-all, they monitor door locks and no hard wire is needed. Does that mean I can use the 3x lock feature in order to initiate remote start from OEM remotes (Also see there is option to monitor C1 - Oem Remote Status in vehicle install diagram? Also i see for 2nd Starter connection, what size fuse do you recommend off of Evo-One to relay on diagram.

2013 Hyndai Genesis PTS - Does not have PCM in location for CAN/Keysense/Ignition..

I am installing a Evo ALL stand alone on a 2013 Hyndai Genesis Sedan Push-To-Start. I have looked extremely carefully all over and there is no PCM for the white 20pin connector needed to connect Can HIGH/LOW, Keysense, and Ignition wires i need according to this diagram http://ifar.ca/download/9641/stand_alone_evo-all_hyundai_kia.rev-20130604.pdf I am using Connection 3 and this car does not have the connector or module for Picture reference #1. It looks like there is a spot there for the module but this car is did not come with one. I need wiring diagram for those 4 wires. Please let me know ASAP. Thank you A.G.

2014 Ford Explorer Stand Alone & T Harness problem .....

I installed a evo all in stand alone with T- harness on a 2014 Ford Explorer with Key. Customer left with everything working fine. Only options i did not hook up from diagram is the hood pin because it has factory hood pin and parking lights. A week or two later customer calls to say she remote started vehicle and got in and drove somewhere and when she arrived at destination she put car in park and took the key out of ignition and the car kept running. She put a her foot on the brake numerous time and hit lock 3x again to disengage but still kept running. I flashed the evo all with the latest recommendation from Flash Link for that car before installation. Please let me know what to start checking for ... The driver door is hooked up correctly because it will not remote start with door open or hood open. Thank you...
